What’s included in the Done-for-You website?
A customised 5-page website reflecting your brand, domain setup, hosting, and ongoing support. This means if you need changes (for example you have new cakes you want to add to your gallery or change your pricing) simply email us and we will make that change for you!
How long does it take to launch my website?
Our Done-for-You websites typically take 1-2 weeks for completion. The quicker you complete our form, the quicker we can get started!
Can I add features later?
Absolutely! We offer add-ons like blogs, online ordering, shopping carts and more, even after your site is live.
As BiziBakes grows, so will our services and add-ons.

Can I fully customise my website?
Our service focuses on semi-custom websites, which means we work with a pre-designed template proven to work for cake decorators. You can personalise the colours, fonts, and images that match your brand, but the overall layout remains consistent with the standard template.
What if I don’t have professional photos for my website?
No problem! You can provide any photos you have, and we can help optimise them for the web. Think about photos you may have posted on your social media channels too. If needed, we can also suggest stock photo options to enhance your site.

Do I need to purchase a domain and hosting?
No, we handle this for you as part of your package. Your domain and hosting are fully included in the initial setup, so you don’t need to worry about the technical side of things.
Is there an ongoing cost for hosting and maintenance?
Yes, an annual fee covers your domain renewal, hosting, and basic maintenance to keep your website running smoothly. The first year is included in your setup fee, and we’ll remind you before the renewal is due.
What happens if I don’t renew the annual maintenance?
If you choose not to renew, your website will go offline as hosting and domain services are essential for keeping it live. Renewing annually ensures uninterrupted service for your business.

Can I use my own domain or hosting provider?
Yes, if you already have them, we can connect your domain and hosting to your new website. However, our integrated package is designed to streamline the process, giving you one point of contact for all your website needs.

All updates are managed by us to ensure your site stays professional and consistent. Your package includes one update per month, such as adding new photos, updating pricing, or even refreshing colours to match the season. Just email us your requested changes, and we’ll take care of it for you.

How much does the service cost?
Our semi-custom website service is priced at $750, which includes the initial design, customisation, setup and the first year of domain registration and hosting.
What if I need additional updates or help beyond the included monthly changes?
We offer affordable support and one-off assistance charges for any additional changes you may require outside the included updates. Just contact us to arrange additional support if needed and we can advise the price!
Can I cancel my website subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, refunds are not provided for the current annual billing cycle. If you choose to cancel, we’ll guide you through the process.
